"What a joke. I’ve wasted so much time at this location because the hours posted weren’t right, they didn’t have materials because of construction and less than a week before classes, they don’t have the books on the shelves for people to purchase, yet their message on their phone system doesn’t mentioned ANY OF THIS. I’m not a freshman and don’t have time for this. I work full time, go to college full time and have a kid at home. Shenanigans like this don’t make it easy when you’re dropping easily $500 on books they don’t even have available/ready. Update your systems so people are at least aware before driving to campus for nothing."

"Still no books. Despite ordering online using my own money, notifying the manager of the bookstore, and only ordering digital content. Insanely poor customer service--now I am missing books and have assignments due that I cannot complete as I am an online student and can't "just go to the library and use the copies they have on hand". Would not recommend SUNY Brockport if you want your books before school starts. I ordered my books in July and August and still don't have them, yet the one book that I ordered last week was available instantly. No idea what could be going on that is causing this horrific delay, but the fact it is still not fixed despite the manager knowing about it says a lot."

"Ordered two books and paid for 2-day shipping because I needed one for an assignment the following week. Received absolutely no confirmation that my order was on its way. After four days and it still hadn't shown up, I tried to call the bookstore but they were closed for the weekend. Called on Monday, no answer. Called on Tuesday, no answer until the third call. Turned out that one book was on backorder and they had never informed me, and the other was in the store but had never been shipped out for whatever reason. Ended up driving 40 minutes to the bookstore and back to get it, and turned in the assignment late because I didn't have the book in time."

"Poor service and very rude manager, they sold my daughter the wrong Ebook that cost over 200 dollars for her Health course, my daughter showed her that she got it but was given the wrong one, they wouldn't refund it without that little tinny receipt they give out. Why do they make it so complicated. It was the bookstores error."

"Horrible experience. I was better off order from Amazon like I always do. Gave it a try, regretted it! 3 week, have not received my order. Nobody is willing to help you. Clueless staff. Seriously, you guys should/can do a better job."
