"This is a horrible store very unprofessional staff. BBB rating is F. Wish I checked that before. I called for an appointment on the phone they tell you one thing and when you get there it’s a different story unfortunately I was taking advantage for a second time but guarantee there won’t be a third time. By the way has anyone heard of having to have a diagnostic test for wheel bearings lol! Not to mention I had not one light on my dashboard when I arrived at my appointment but when I left the dashboard is lit up and the lights won’t go off. Makes the salesmen angry when you don’t buy what they’re trying to sell. It’s a shame they shouldn’t be in business. Avoid this place people! Please check the BBB!"

"They lie and will cheat you out of your money. I took my car there for a wheel alignment. After waiting for about 3 1/2 hrs they tell me the car needs the control arm and wheel bearing replaced in order to give the car a wheel alignment. I told them I'll get it fixed myself and bring it back. I took it to my mechanic and he said that he sees nothing wrong with the front end. They were trying to pocket some extra cash. I scheduled another appointment and took the car back. I told them the car was fixed. I kept quite about what my mechanic said. After waiting for another 3 hrs, they finally finish my wheel alignment with no problem. Absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle. I took my car and left. I'll never do business with them again. I would give them 0 stars on this review if I could. Unfortunately you have to give them at least 1 star."

"Terrible service. Made an appointment for wheel alignment hours in advance online. I drove to Firestone which is about 30mins from my house. Just to be told he can’t do it today. Then offered to do it in about a week. I said yeah no way I’ll go somewhere else and left. Couldn’t email or call ahead of time to let me know he couldn’t do it. When I walked into the shop. He was sitting on the couch playing on his phone."

"If I could give them a zero I would. Took my jeep in for an inspection and they tried getting me for $1900. They said my front brakes were bad, NOPE I just changed them. So for $160 i can get all the parts needed to fix my rear brakes. These people should be shut down!!! $73 for a cabin filter, $40 for wipers, $611 for rear brakes $160 at dealership. Here's the best one $73 for a license plate bulb BUT $69 to install!!!!. THEY ARE CROOKS!"
