"My 91 year old mother needed a new phone , the service was good and the representatives were kind however there were a few snafus and we had to return for corrections on two occasions. The second visit there was quite a long wait while the representative was on the phone with a plan supervisor. After a recent review of her cell phone bill which seemed quite high we found they had given her a totally inappropriate plan for her age which included gaming and additional services no elderly person would ever use or need. If you have an elderly purchaser please make sure they aren't price gouging them unawares. she was being charged $65.00 more than what she needed. The reps were Zachary Robbins and Jose Rodriguez."
