"They are offering a summer promotion with ten cents off each gallon at the pump. You are given a card to swipe first to activate the savings. I swiped it on 2 different fill ups. It didn't take off the 10 cents. I emailed the corporate office. I received a call from the store manager directly regarding the situation. I showed proof and was given a refund for the amount I should have saved. It's wonderful that the store manager actually called back to correct the mistake. Many times you get a generic response back and the situation is not fixed."

"I was here a couple weeks ago. I got gas, paid at the pump with a Debit Card, but they charged me the Credit Card price. Sad. I occasionally run across this practice, but it is rare, maybe once or twice a year. A Debit card is the same as cash up front. No fees, instant payment."

"Stopped for gas and drinks and I prefer to deal with people over self checkout. Had to yell for an employee to come up front who then said you pay for gas in the self checkout after I stated I didn’t know how to cash out with a gas purchase without an employee. She was extremely rude and when the self checkout she forced me to use said low cash she moved me to the other one. There’s a few employees standing around gossiping and she couldn’t bother to cash me out! If you can’t use a real person to cash me out I won’t do business there"

"This is the worst run convenience chain I've ever experienced in my entire life. They bought a local convenience store chain and have so far been succeeding quite well at running it directly into the ground. No fresh sandwiches or fresh food at all anymore which I get it it's a convenience store but still. The locations all look like they're in disrepair and falling down around the employees especially the one in Oneida. On top of this it's like a wallet roulette to figure out how you're going to pay for whatever they have today because they usually can't accept credit or any debit cards of any kind or won't have fuel or won't have working fuel pumps. This is a quick rant but come on circle k pull it together or sell to someone who cares!"

"I live local, I have been ordering subs from circle k for 5 years , when I called to order today Michelle answered and she was very nice and enthusiastic. It might not seem like the tone of voice would mean much , but it does! It makes me feel like they are happy to help assist me with my order. The over the phone interaction is just as important to me as the in person action!! She was just amazing. She read my order back to me, she gave her opinion when I asked what’s popular or a good combination sandwich wise, she took her time! In the past I have been rushed on the phone, or just very short and monotone. She just stood out to me!! It’s nice to have friendly people in this world and she did awesome!!! She should be recognized for her performance! Over the phone work ethic is highly as important as in person in my eyes and she nailed it!! Thanks so much Michelle for assisting me with my order. I just had to write a review, I don’t normally write them but she just made my day! So if you want to order subs, Michelle is great at that. Projects her voice & speaks clearly. Awesome. I love Circle K & The subs so it’s nice having a good experience for the first time in a while."
