"I really like this library. I was used to Watertown library so it's quite a bit smaller but with interlibrary loan you still have those options available. The librarians are super friendly and I like the cozy atmosphere."

"The new Potsdam Library looks beautiful. I like that it has a upstairs and feels comfortable seating, it might need new new chairs, but I am okay with it for right now. I also love the beautiful staircase, the quality of the wood used to make them. Great customer service and friendly staff. The college students and residents are going to love."

"I LOVE this library, my favorite in the county. Large reading room, huge selection of movies, including a wonderful British collection. Very helpful staff who is more than willing to help. Easy access with parking in both the front and back. Plenty of computers, Wifi and large tables if you need a quiet place to work on a project."
