"Staff accommodated my short lunch break by letting me pre-order food before arriving. Chris was fantastic. He checked on table frequently with a smile and refilled drinks and treated us well. Sweet potato fries were awesome , crispy with maple dipping sauce. The Salmon Salad was delicious. Atmosphere is welcoming. Look forward to coming back."

"Fantastic, traditional Irish food in a warm and lively setting. Live music, attentive wait staff, and very reasonably priced! Don't come if you want a quiet getaway - come for the energy, food, and fun! Highly recommended!"

"Although corned beef and cabbage with potatoes and carrots is not a regular menu item in Ireland, it is very popular in Irish pubs in America and Canada. Coleman's serves the best example of this dish I've ever had. Try it and ask for malt vinegar for the perfectly cooked cabbage, butter for the carrots and potatoes, and hot mustard for the tender corned beef. It's a delicious feast for a very reasonable price. It goes very well with a side order of soda bread for sharing. Also, I highly recommend the french onion soup as a starter. It's as good as the one I make using Alton Brown's recipe. (If you know that recipe, you'll know how good Coleman's soup is.) The service is always friendly and efficient. POST PANDEMIC UPDATE: Returned after more than a year of not eating in restaurants. For lunch I ordered a brisket sandwich and my wife ordered the scallops. Both were very good. For dessert, we shared an excellent peanut butter brownie sundae. We also shared an appetizer of Bantry Bay Shrimp because it's menu description sounded like Bang Bang Shrimp. It was quite good, but a far cry from the Bonefish Grill shrimp appetizer. UPDATE-2: A hot pastrami sandwich on a pretzel bun was offered as a special when I recently returned to Coleman's. I requested Thousand Island Dressing instead of mustard as a condiment for the sandwich and it was great. UPDATE-3: Had the open-faced Reuben. Kind of dry. Asked for extra thousand island dressing. That helped, but probably won't order it again."

"The aesthetic alone is 5 stars. The food and beers were incredible. There's nothing in the world like an authentic Irish pub. Can't wait to come back."
