"If I could give this store a zero I would. The customer service was terrible. I hope that the racism I received when I was there is not a reflection of the company. And the fact that employees of the store including the manager make up regulations that clearly undermine the company as a whole is ridiculous. It's a shame that my skin color dictates how I am treated. I will never shop at this location or with the company EVER again."
"Not very size inclusive, most of the clothes only went up to like 12. I saw very few 16 and 18 but there was NO bigger than size 18. That’s ridiculous, it’s 2023, big brands like this need to have bigger sizes. Their clothes are so cute though, love their ripped jeans but they didn’t have my size in any of the ones I liked, the cuter ones only went up to like 10 (if that)."
"Everyone there is so rude. All the employees ignored me the whole time I was there and let me stand in front of a cash register for 10 minutes before I finally asked if I could check out there and they said no and I had to walk around to the other cash register. Why didn't they just tell me that when they saw I was standing there? And they could see that I was struggling to stand because normally am in a wheelchair but I thought it would be quick. It was so insulting. They just sat there on their cell phones and checking out Facebook. It sucks because I love the clothing but I really genuinely despise bad service."
