"Wednesday September 6th my wife and disabled son were in SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet in Blasdell N.Y. when they were approached by a store employee and asked to leave because my son with intellectual disabilities and Autism was making too much noise. She said "it was store policy". This happened in front of the store manager and other employees and customers. The customers were very supportive of my wife and I thank them for their kindness. I am however disappointed in the managers lack of compassion and handling of the situation. This behavior by the employee and manager was a clear violation of The Americans with Disabilities Act. Life with a disabled child is very challenging and simple tasks like taking your child for new sneakers is difficult enough without store employees making things worse. This whole situation very sad and disheartening. "Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them." - The Dalai Lama"

"Your “employees” shouldn’t target mothers and their special needs children and kick them out of the store citing some make believe rules regarding children’s behavior. You all ought to be ashamed of yourselves. I will never ever set foot in this store location and that employee should be terminated."

"DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION! They discriminate against people who have disabilities. A young boy and his mother were in this location and they boy is autistic and was over stimulated so was being a bit noisy and they were kicked out of the store. Absolutely heartless. I hope she gets a lawyer a sues. If I could give 0 stars I would"

"Stopped in for the first time looking for a new pair of work shoes and possibly some walking shoes. I saw an employee coming up the asle toward me. She looked, but I had to say hi. I roamed around the work shoes for a while, but I was never asked if I needed assistance. Upon leaving, she decides to say have a nice day. Had she approached me, the store might have made a sale today. There were other older customers in the store at the time. I saw no one getting assistance or even asked. Your loss. I forgot this: the sizes of the style I was interested in were up high out of my reach."

"Stopped in for the first time to see if there was a certain sandle available. There were at least 3 employees working but possibly 4. When I walked in I was the only customer in the store for a few minutes and was not greeted but was watched like a hawk the entire time and made me feel uncomfortable. My 3 year old even asked why the one girl kept looking at us. Could not even get down the one aisle with my size due to a leak in the roof from the rain. Didn't have the sandles I went for which wasn't surprising because it's popular but overall not a good experience."
