"Ordered an inflatable prop for Halloween, arrived with multiple holes in it, as if it had been done on purpose. Reached out but oddly enough heard nothing back. Tried to call them but they are purposefully using an unreachable number with a full mailbox, or are too cowardly to answer the phone. Upon reading other reviews, how cute is it that they feel like they can report customers! I have reported this business to the BBB, what a horrible excuse for a company."

"Terrible customer service and refused to help me find my package refund ir replace it. 75 dollars down the drain had to go buy costumes again somewhere else for my little girls."

"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. If your item is not received, they will do nothing to help you other than encourage you to order it again and pay for it twice. I never got the sweater I ordered on December 14, assuming it would take 2-3 weeks due to holiday shipping. After 4 weeks I checked and it was supposedly delivered but I never received it. Since it had been “too long” (4 weeks) they refused to process a refund or replacement."

"Literally some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced online. The company misrepresented their product photographically, and then advised me to dye the item in order to transform it to the color I thought I was getting. Once I followed their instructions -- thus basically destroying the item -- they refused to refund my money. When I told them I'd report them to the site on which they were selling, they tried to intimidate me by threatening to report *me.* Ultimately, the site refunded my money -- so it worked out. But no thanks to these clowns."

"I want to give 0 stars!!! Received the item ordered however it was not what was pictured, only 1/2 the item worked and when we went to put batteries in it the batteries that were in there were corroded (acid all over). The part of the light saber that did work sounded like it was broken inside already rattled alot and did not light up all the way.I think they sent me a used item and when trying to call all I get is a voice that says "mailbox is full"? Sent 2 emails which I got No reply!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are frauds!!!"
