"My experience is usually pretty good. The last visit however was not so much. I knew I would be in a hurry so I filled out the advanced form online but when I got to the store I still had to fill out all the same things. So what was the point?. Two of the reps also started having a side conversation about cups after he started working with me. Then finally he said it had 7/8ths of a tank of gas in it, but when I got in it was only at half a tank so I had to contribute an extra half take or get charged even more fees.. crazy"
"Derek at the southwestern location was so incredible to work with! He made the process to rent a car extremely easy after calling multiple other locations trying to find a rental. After a car accident, the hassle of getting a rental ASAP is very stressful. Derek was pleasant to work with, making the process very easy. Within hours the rental was dropped off right to my work by Danny, who was also phenomenal to work with. She was patient and understanding. Derek understood my family's needs and helped get the proper size vehicle for our situation. The car was clean and reliable.
