"For the most part, I was satisfied my only issues were I had made arrangements over the phone to have a loaner and they had no records of it and thankfully they har one car left but I got it. I also felt the paperwork process of checking out, took too long. And lastly, when I went to pick up my car, nobody knew where it was. It was an older gentleman that moved it from service to wherever it was parked and he forgot he left it. That added about 15 minutes to my time on PickUp That said everyone was very friendly and the job Got done."
