"Well they say word of mouth goes along way and because of that I will NEVER recommend or take my own car to this auto center. A friend of mines who is like family had a very bad experience with them and its unfortunate. I too am a female professional and the last thing you want is to be taken advantage of esp because your a female, can you trust anyone now a days?? Apparently not. Well I just hope that she gets her justice for the horrible service she was provided by this shop. As for the shop they should know good customer service is what keeps a business thriving and without that they will not be around for much longer."
