"Signed up to reserve a U-Haul van after hours at this location about a week ago, it was confirmed by the facility. The reservation was for 6:30a, i arrived to find no access to the van available whatsoever. Called U-Haul customer service to be told the location never put the key in the lock box! The only options were to wait until the location opened (which wasn’t going to happen, I needed to be on the road by 7a), or forfeit my rental. I forfeited and now I’m out $200 for an event because of no transportation."
"I have a 1979 Pontiac Bonneville "classic car" which I purchased 6 months ago. The tires on it had virtually no wear and looked fine until I had a blowout with one of them last week. Not many cars use white wall tires these days and sometimes they could be pricey. Through a co-worker I was told about Billy over at this Goodyear tire / repair shop in Amityville. In comparison to a couple of other quotes from places who could get white wall tires, I got a better quality tire at more reasonable prices than the competition and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time having 4 new tires , balanced and mounted . I intend to go back to have other service items attended to and would recommend anyone needing tires and other service to check Billy out !"
