"Does not honor New York State tax exempt forms, does not have the policy posted, and does not have employees available to explain the policy or how you are supposed to "enroll through corporate". The excuses were "since we're a Florida based company, we don't accept NYS tax exempt forms" and "since our prices are pretty cheap anyhow". When reminded that it would be a collection of tax money for the state or not and not an actual store discount, then it was "hahaha-shoulder shrug- I don't know man, I just work here, not in corporate, that's just what they tell me". So for the unlisted policy that sounds like garbage-especially since I know other companies based out of state, do accept NYS tax exemptions, the flippant attitude and poor training, I can waste the dollar and change to drive elsewhere and save us both the confusion and hassle."

"My printer at home started to malfunction shortly before I needed to print invitations to my son’s birthday party, so I came here to have them printed. I was helped by Alea, who was so knowledgeable, personable, and professional. She knew to look up the copyright info for the specific imaging that was on the invitations I had purchased through Etsy. It was super quick, and she did a wonderful job cutting the invitations also! I will definitely be back, and happy to pay to have them professionally printed instead of going through the headache of doing it at home (yes I know it’s not rocket science, but trying to correctly size, successfully print, and accurately cut 20+ invitations is a pain!)."
