"I have been here a few times in the past and had good experiences. Tonight they really messed up badly. It was the first time we ordered on line and picked up. We ordered two bowls and both were wrong. It was like they didn’t read our order. The hawaiian bowl came with everything we asked to omit. The make your own bowl came without the quinoa we requested. They put brown rice instead. See photo for order. When we returned after getting home and realizing the error…….we got an apology and they redid the bowls. REALLY? I guess we expected something for our trouble. 30 minutes we spent going back and forth and parking in RVC is a big headache. I am very disappointed by the customer service. I would NOT recommend doing any special orders online……only in person where you can watch over what is being put in your bowls."
