"I’ve gone to this location three times. The first time I went, they had just opened. I went to use my card to fill up my tank, and it charged me an extra $100 as a safety check. I go inside and ask them what the deal was with that and the woman didn’t have any answer for me. Thankfully, that charge went away, but I have never seen a charge this high before. Usually it’s only one or two dollars. I didn’t go back there for a long time, but I decided to give them another chance. I like the fact that it is the same price for gas with cash and card. The second time I went, was better. Although I had to wait two minutes for the tendon to come to my car. Now this station is full-serve. I went back again today, waited for OVER five minutes, and nobody came to pump my gas. I saw the employee who pumps the gas, and then he just disappeared. So I just took my business down the road to the Valero, and paid the extra five cents for a credit card charge. Will not be going back to this 7-Eleven again."

"The store itself is a great convenience although there is often a longer line than I would prefer. The gas station I think is unacceptable in staff and service. They don't employ enough people and today the man never came over but yelled what do you want, gas? This was after at least 5 minutes. My answer was isn't that what people stop at a pump for? "You paying cash?" No, why. We decided to go elsewhere and he said, "good idea". I guess I will my pump my own gas from now on anyway, but not there."
