"Very rude girl named “Jay”. She had a super nasty attitude that was uncalled for. She shoved my drink in my face while rolling her eyes. She also didn’t bother to put ice in my drink and when I asked for some, she looked me up and down. Honestly they would be better off without her."

"Very rude! Very rare from Starbucks! Was already at ordering counter. A person walked in from the outside - way after I was standing right there at the and the Starbucks employee took her order before mine. It turns out they knew each other from school, so apparently that excused the rudeness. The other 3 Starbucks employees remained in the back. After two minutes of watching the rude dark hair in ponytail employee go and fetch a sandwich from the case and heat it up, while I’m waiting behind this girl, I left. It’s been a very long time since I’ve seen anything other than professionalism from Starbucks. And I frequent many Starbucks a few times every week."

The service is top-notch and they are genuinely happy to help you with your orders. I recently ordered the new Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappe and it was absolutely delicious.
