"On May 15 I went into the Vac Shop and spoke with John. I needed vacuum cleaner bags which he said he would order. He took $15 cash and said I would have them within a day or two and would call me. A few days later I called him and he he said he was having trouble getting them. This went on for weeks until I ordered them on Amazon and they arrived the next day. I asked John to please just refund me the cash which he has still not done. It is now July. Very strange. Only $15 but wonder what this would be like if it had been a much bigger amount."
"I can't give 5 stars only because I did not bring my vacuum here to be fixed. I called to see if the store was open because I wanted to buy a vacuum as a gift. They only do repairs! However, the man I spoke with took the time to make recommendations and even told me where to go. I will use them for any needs I have in the future!"
"Had a great experience getting exactly the filters I needed for my Kenmore Progressive Canister Vac. Who needs Amazon when you can just walk into a local shop like this and get exactly the odd item you needed same day! Had the vacuum up and running good as new right away. John was also a pleasure to work with, truly one of the rare repairmen who like to take things slowly and do it right the first time. Actually solves problems and not just make things worse."
