"Really terrible experience here took me over a month to get my items back I had taken three items to get altered and even after a month of them being closed literally whenever they wanted to be with no signage posted as to the actual hours of the store only two of the three garments were actually altered. I pre-paid for this I wish I didn’t I will never go there again there is a great place across the street that I will go to from now on. I wish I had a better review but this is the actual truth do not go to the store"
"Don't waste your time coming here. I had suit pants altered to remove the cuffs & they returned too short. I returned them and after being corrected, there was a dark line on each pant leg near the bottom. It was clearly obvious, so either they missed it which doesn't speak well of their quality control or they saw it and did nothing about it, which is even more egregious. If they can't get a simple alteration correct, what confidence do I have that they can produce an $1,100 custom suit? The answer to that is none. Go someplace else."
