"I ordered a personalized money clip for my dad for Christmas. The option I chose was a gold clip with initials. I requested in the description that it be silver if possible and to add more engraving than the description stated was allowed for this specific piece. I thought it would be a long shot, but worth asking. While I was never given a response, the joy I let out when I opened my package was indescribable. My dad is a very picky person and the most difficult person to shop for. When I saw all of my requests met, I was so excited. There is no doubt that he will love this gift and the personal touches added that this company did not have to do. They could have easily said “sure, but it will be an added cost”. Instead, I paid the regular price and was given something that will be cherished for years to come. I will absolutely be coming to them in the future!"

"This company has excellent customer service and great products. They were responsive, efficient and professional. I purchased a pen set for my brother-in-law and unfortunately when it arrived there was no engraving on the pen, when there should've been, and the engraving style on the box was incorrect. I contacted this company via a phone message and email on Christmas Eve. They got back to me that day and were gracious enough to send a completely new pen set. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. This is not typical customer service..."

"There are few companies out there that will stand behind their products, this company is one of them. My wife bought me a stainless steel flask with an engraving for Christmas. Shortly after, for whatever reason it began to rust. It happens, I usually take care of my items but its possible I left some remaining moisture on it. I contacted Executive Gift Shop to find out what could be done. Pete was amazing. He immediately sent out a replacement flask WITH engraving. No questions asked. The only company I have ever encountered that does that is Zippo so I put these guys up there with them. I highly recommend this company."
