"I have been a longtime whbm fan but no more. I went into the store today and it was five minutes before closing which I didn’t realize before I entered. She snapped at me because I had nerve to change my mind about something I purchased. I saw her snapping at other customers as well. Reading the reviews I see this is a common problem with this store. I’m always gonna associate this purchase with a really bitter taste in my mouth. I understand she might be anxious to get home but it’s still an inexcusable way to treat customers."

"Should be 0 stars. My best friend just went into this store; there were other customers being greeted, helped etc. No one approached and/or said anything to her, instead they trailed her through the store til she left. Shouldn’t even need to be said, but she’s black. By the sounds of the below comments, this is ongoing behavior at this location. Shame on you WHBM, I’m embarrassed this treatment and type of establishment exists where I grew up. Goes without saying I’d never spend a dime here. You need to do infinitely better. READ the below reviews for gods sake, seriously?"

"I love this brand now! It's a struggle to find garment that fit well, still appropriate for work and tendy! The brand is a little old fashioned but in a cute way. Excellent customers service and sales skills. The only minus was the employee manager relationship you can feel the tension which is irritating . However overall experience was pleasant."

"I worked for WHBM for years and know how they’re supposed to treat their customers. I walked in around 7:30 or so on Thursday 11/8 looking for a new blouse and potentially more. I walked in and the associate ignored me the entire time. She was chatting with another woman. I walked around the store without so much as a hello, smile or wave. I went into the fitting room with clothing, still nothing. At that point I refused to spend money at that location. I love the brand and it is close to my office so I’m disappointed to say I will never step foot in that location again."

"I recently stop in this location to see if they have different items from their other locations. However, when I enter the store the associate was so rude. I don't know if it's because I'm black . personally I don't care about ones pigmentation of their skin. I was approach by a caucasian lady who RUDELY SAY WHAT BRINGS YOU IN THIS STORE??. I reply well I just pick some stuff at JCREW and I use to shop at your store in other locations. I just want to see if there was anything different .She followed me around the entire store. I felt so uncomfortable so I left. The moral of this story is that no matter the color / pigmentation of ones skin everyone should be treated as equals. MONEY HAVE NO SPECIAL COLOR MONEY IS MONEY. AND IT KEEPS COMPANY IN BUSINESS POINT BLANK. TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT WE ARE ALL HUMAN!!"
