"I ordered a 14 inch Italian assorted sub with everything including mayo cheese etc. I ordered in person. This was mid afternoon. I saved it for ater like around d 8.It was nothing like what I ordered. Salami a few black olives very few onions no mayo no oil no cheese no sweet peppers. I called the store asked for the manager a very rude woman said she was the manager offered me a 5 dollar coupon via email. I told her that was not acceptable .She said a mistake was made was very uncooperative That was no mistake. That was a total screw up.I told her I'd come there.She said I will call the cops on you if you show up.I'm shocked. For many years my family and myself have been patrons and always been a good experience. We will never set foot in that place again today is Saturday. I will be calling corporate Monday. She will not get away with this."
"Completely incompetent! We have ordered multiple times and more times than not they have switched mine and my husbands subs around. Several times they have put my sub on his bread and vice versa. Tonight they switched the toppings on our subs. I ordered online so it's all written down for them! How hard can it be to read from a list? For this to happen over and over is absolutely ridiculous. I love their subs, but may just have to order from somewhere else. Please pay attention and do better!"
"Fall 2007 - One of the best sub places in Irondequoit, that and Wegman's are among my favourite subs. Fantastic quality and great prices. 10/9/23 - went back for this amazing sub and it did not disappoint still one of my favorite sub sandwich shops out there. Made a special side trip on vacation from North Dakota just to go here for another sub. Delicious!"

"Service can be unpredictable but the food never is. Fresh soft huge bread and an amazing cookie! I always get the cheesecake (one of my favorites). They have definitely lessened the amount of meat on it over the years but a great sandwich to split at a good price. Love the old style decor as well."
