"I utilized Latham Ford's valet service today. Their driver arrived at my home and took my car into the dealership for service. When the service was complete, my car was returned to my home. All the while I enjoyed the comfort of my own home! The driver was great and the process was seamless. I would definitely use this service again."

"I had a really terrible experience at another local Ford dealership, so brought my car to Latham Ford to finish up work and just look at my car overall to make sure that everything was in good order. The service advisors were attentive, and I felt like they actually cared about me and my car, and making sure that I understood the services being performed and recommended. Will be returning here from now on!"

"My service specialist Al was very patient and helpful. I tried the concierge service for the first time. It was nice until it was time to return my car. There was an issue with the car that caused a delay and it needed to be return to the dealership. However, I was never notified of the pebbled or delay until I called. The concierge didn't answer my call or text regard the delay. You can track your car through a provided link; so when your car is stationary for over 20 mins there a problem. That's why they received the star rating they did. Communication is key when is customers spend as much money as we spend on our cars."
