"I was able to make a same day appt for tire installation. It was convenient to do online and they followed up to confirm via phone. I was impressed with their level of communication, professionalism and car service. Shawn was great at breaking down what my car needed and kept me in the loop the entire time with updates. This is impressive. Both of the customer facing staff members were very professional and accommodating to everyone that walked through the doors, trying to coordinate to get them the services they wanted, same day. If a customer stood at the counter or window, all staff were quick to respond. It seemed like a lot to juggle, but they all did it well. Thank you for all your help!"

"This shop is extremely professional, has great customer service, and has prompt servicing time. I had an oil change and an inspection done recently and I was nothing but a satisfied customer. I was greeted upon entering, I was advised what would be done, and I did not have to wait long hours for such. "These guys were AMAZING!! I had a 4pm appointment for a tire fix that I had scheduled that morning and arrived 30 minutes early - Gavin got me right in and all finished within 20 minutes meaning that I was actually done with my appointment before the appointment actually started! Friendly, helpful, and overall just a great experience - would highly recommend Mavis to anyone and will absolutely be returning!!"
