"As a native New Yorker, its been challenging to find quality pizza in Rochester but this place lives up to the hype. The pizzas taste like authentic NYC style pizza and I was very satisfied. "It's great that there's a range of styles (NYC, Detroit, Sicilian) and a variety of unique flavors, but none of that matters without GREAT quality...and that (quality) is where this pizza really shines. A great example of that: the vegan pizza is...you'd never know (or you wouldn't care)! That's coming from a non-vegan. Light crust, non-greasy cheese, the perfect amount of sauce. PoW's pizza is everything you could want in a pizza, no matter what style you like, you'll be satisfied. Can't wait to have it again."

"Stopped in for a 18" pep pizza and wow, it was amazing! Easily the best pie I've had in the Rochester area! Joe's Brooklyn and Pizza Stop are some of my favorites in the area, but Peels on Wheels goes to my number one spot. I have family in New Haven, CT, which is often referred to as the pizza capital of the world, and this pizza stacks up to that for sure. The service was great and the employees were very friendly! Only thing I'd note is that it's a smaller joint with no chairs. But there is a table to stand at for those that require a slice right out of the oven like I do. Would definitely recommend!"
"I travelled from Toronto to visit this place and wow wow wow best pizza I have had . I tried their deep dish focaccia slices with vodka sauce and creamy pesto …. To die for . Don’t even think it twice just run over there . Super cute atmosphere and friendly staff. I wish I lived closer but it’s seriously the best thing Rochester NY has and it’s a must try . You will be so hooked!. Also reasonably priced for gourmet pizza. Better than Italy if I must say."
