"I needed to get new tires, and went to the Dunn Tire site to look at different tires, and compare them. When I thought that I had a couple that I was very interested in, I asked for assistance via the text option. Lisa was awesome, and helped me to choose some tires that were right for what I needed. She got me an appointment later that day, and apart from the massive amounts of snow that were still left in the parking lot, the experience was fantastic. I had five guys push my car through the heavy snow to get it into the bay. I didn’t have to wait at all, because I had an appointment. I waited in the waiting room for about two hours until the service was complete. New tires are expensive, and you want to make sure that you get the right ones. I am super happy with my purchase, I have purchased from Dunn Tire before, and I will continue to be a client. The guys at this location were excellent, caring, and put me at ease. I would definitely go back, and I will, for Service."

"I went to Dunn Tire in Lancaster last week because I desperately needed tires & an alignment. The employee at the counter (I believe his name was Pete?) was super helpful! He quickly found tires that fit my budget, was able to get me in right away even though I didn’t have an appointment, and I was on my way less than an hour and a half later. (Side note: they have a warranty on any tire you buy from them, which is really fantastic.) Highly recommend this place & will definitely be returning for future maintenance!!"
