"Although this is a small dealership in the Buffalo, NY region, these guys always treated me as a first-rate customer. Maybe it is because of their size that they give such good attention to detail but I was always pleased with their customer service. In my situation, I was trying to buy a car remotely and I was looking as far away as NYC but then I found LK Auto online. Although they sold the car that they had advertised they searched the country and cherry-picked a BMW for me out of Michigan and moved it here at no cost to me. I drove it, loved it, and bought it. Because it was used, it came with a short warranty and I did have one small issue with the door during the warranty period. We discussed the issue and fixed it - it was fair and with no problems. I love their turn-around time. All emails were answered quickly. All phone calls were picked up (no voicemail). Everything was handled professionally. I hope that my new (used) car lasts me a long time but I hope to use the guys again a few years from now. These guys are aces."
