"Not sure what was the guy name, but i think he was chris. He was super helpful, went over the details of the parts he’s changing and why i should go with that choice instead of the original part. He also fixed one of my tires with zero charge, I didn’t even know i had a nail in my tire, but he noticed and fixed it. I had an amazing experience and I will definitely go back for any maintenance my car needs."

"When the guy at AutoZone told me my alternator was about dead, on a Saturday afternoon with no idea where to go or who I could find to help me, I'm so grateful that he said "maybe you could try Jacks Family Automotive down the street." So I took his advice and went down the street to "Jacc's" and met Rich, and I still can't believe he took my car in that day and put in a new alternator, with no appointment, when he had already been having a very busy day before I showed up. THIS is above and beyond service, and I don't think the Mazda dealership will be seeing much of me now that I know I can support a fantastic, local business. Thank you, Rich, for making my day."
