"The days of meal prepping for one are over. Ever since I found healthy meals direct I don't think I'd ever go back to meal prepping especially for just one person. It doesn't make sense! HMD makes it so easy, they offer a variety of menu options and different meal plans to fit your needs. I've been using them for weeks now and I haven't had one meal that I disliked. They offer delivery but I opt for the convenient pickup on my own time. Between the ordering process, pickup and quality of meals I give them 5 stars and highly recommended to anyone looking for a quality meal prep service. They're also coming out with new menu items so be on the lookout."

"Food is delicious and affordable I find it easier to just go in once a week and pick up a weeks worth of food rather than buy package. All the meals are super tasty (almost too good) I’m a little skeptical about macros so I half meals which is extremely filling for me at 130lbs and active. Well worth the price never had a meal that spoiled too early and I freeze as soon as I pick up I find they last 2-4 days in Fridge but I try to eat immediately after defrosting. Highly recommend ultimately is a great savings for healthier cheaper food rather than getting deli everyday"
