"I recently ordered via phone a guacamole crunch wrap with chicken, perfect vegetarian wrap and a lentil soup. I paid extra for chicken. I got home and didn't eat till an hour later when I discovered the guacamole wrap didn't contain chicken. I called the location back at West Babylon and was told I'm sorry bring back the wrap and we'll make you another one. For the inconvenience, y'all want new to drive back with food to then get a "replacement". I don't live around the location and drove to pick up the food. What bothered me was the request for the opened wrap since I opened it up to look for the chicken. That's completely ridiculous to return an opened wrap so they can fill it up with chicken and wrap it up again to give it back to me. I don't eat meat so I was unsure if they placed the chicken into the vegetable wrap since when I ordered it she asked if I wanted chicken inside. I ended up not eating the vegetable wrap and giving it to my friend who ordered the lettuce crunch wrap with the missing chicken. At the end of it all, the soup was decent but I had to season it for it was bland."

Just make sure you treat my homegirl Stephanie with somd respect cause shes awesome and she aint no HEPHANIE lol she literally fed me tonight cause I had no money for food and Im not talking scraps so go show this place some love."

"We were looking forward to eating here but we had a negative experience due to poor management. There was only one cook in the kitchen, one cashier, the place was also very hot with no AC. The cashier told us that the boss hasn't fix it yet how can this happen? And he didn't know where he was?!! Your employees's well-being is on the line! It is hot and air is polluted. Also, there were a lot of the ingredients that were missing or out of stock. To top it all, the Greek salad was drenched in water and missing ingredients; no napkins, etc. The quesadilla was burned and we had to wait over 40 minutes for our order. Please, the management needs to care for his employees and the business. This branch is going to close up soon if that doesn't change. The only positive thing was the cashier. He was patient, and worked hard. He kept apologizing and tried to his best but it is not his fault at all!!"
