"They charge for PLATES. PLATES!!! Should I continue? I wish I could leave less than one star, but okay. Pizza is subpar, sauce is terrible. No flavor. Cheap ingredients. Look at the sad photo attached. Woman on the phone had the nerve to say "we charge for utensils because everything's expensive". I'm sorry, I didn't know that was my problem. My pops owned 4 restaurants back in his day. Never heard of that before. Don't go here. CHUCK E cheese blows this pizza away. Take a look at my receipt. I got 3 pies, service charge, and we tipped the driver 20%... They refused a refund and said we get a $2.00 credit for next time.. You can keep it..."
"Heard a strange thing about this location after also hearing it was not very good. I had heard that it has improved but for some reason they are no longer oiling the pans the Albert's original square pies are baked in. WHAT! I stopped today and had two slices. The sauce and cheese were as good as I remember. The crust was OK but sorely missed the crispiness that is made by oiling the pans. Why would you want to change such an iconic and delicious pizza recipe? Unless I hear differently, I'll be patronizing Copaigue only from now on. Sorry."
"So the staff was friendly. That’s a start. But the pizza is very subpar. Not bad if you’re just looking for bread with sauce and cheese. But i’m sorry, if you’re looking for good pizza, then drive another two miles to mulberry street. The location was nothing special either. Please spruce up this place. I want to support local, that’s why i tried you in the first place. Alberts Pizza has potential but is not living up to it currently."
