"If you want great tasting food it’s a must visit to this restaurant! Best Haitian food I have had in a long time! The way the food tasted back home in Haiti! The soup joumou is excellent, the bouillon as well. Let’s not forget the griot and turkey! Actually the whole menu! Wish them much success"
"When the restaurant started it was nice to come in and be treated like a person, and always with a smile. There was another young lady there who was very friendly and very polite but I haven’t seen her in awhile. I drove 35 minutes to get food from there today and there was a very rude server. Her name ended with “laine” or “line” or something like that. She’s very dark, had a shower cap on and has a nose ring. She was VERY, VERY RUDE and very ghetto. She is VERY argumentative and is VERY arrogant and even told me to “come outside the restaurant to talk” to her. 99% of the time, she doesn’t look like she even wants to be there. She’s ALWAYS on her phone. This was not the first time I noticed her attitude but I was giving this place another chance. My husband previously reported this issue and she remains the same way. The food could be excellent but if the service sucks, it doesn’t mean anything. Customer service is also very important. As Haitians we definitely need to do better with our customer service. Please train your staff especially this girl because she will make you lose many of your loyal customers."
"Kréyol Spice has professional staff and their food is delicious. I must admit, the food reminds me of what I used to eat back in Haiti. I drove 40 minutes from Suffolk County just to have another taste of Kréyol Spice's food, and I will do it over and over again! Please keep the food always fresh, and you will have great success on Long Island!"
