"They don't offer free refills? Dined in one night and when went for a refill they said they don't do that. The only Wendy's I've been too that doesn't offer that. We're in a recession, and they acting stingy out here. I wouldn't recommend food wasn't good either"
"Today I came in at 12:17 pm to get some food on my lunch break . First I would like to say that they have very slow customer service. Secondly I would like to say the young lady that took my order Kaylee did not greet me & always had a bad attitude. The lady that gave me my food was rude , she just give me order then when I asked for ketchup she ignored me . Very poor customer service. Bad attitudes . Also they need more stuff to help ."
"First time in Wendy's restaurant in nearly a decade. This site was nice & clean. I wanted chili but didn't want to make any. Actually it was very good and satisfied my craving. I'm not too keen about the " place your order on the panel." I know I have to get with modern technology & jazz, but I liked placing my orders with a person at the counter. I'm in my 60s, so I get it. This Wendy's has been around for decades."
"I bought two potatoes, but it looked like I bought 1 and 1/2, one of them was so small. The cheddar was pretty much all in the wrapper. The taste was good. The service was not the best, the staff were grumpy and unfriendly."
"Must say I truly like the plant, it is grown strong and show the good vibes in this location. Line was a little long but they move fast. The girl that took my order was Spanish thin with jet black hair was friendly and helpful. And the others bedside her worked well with each other. On the other hand the pick side for delivery was full of people. I understand why it takes so long for pick up to go like for Uber eats."
