"My daughter had to go to another Aeropostale to return some pants that did not fit her just because the tags weren’t on them. All the tags were inside the back pocket of the pants. One cashier had to ask another cashier who asked their manager who asked their “store manager” as if to avoid the problem. At one point, they all just went back to working as if nothing happened. Completely rude and disrespectful. The return policy on the receipt did not state anything about the tags needing to be attached to the clothing. I wish there was an option for 0 stars."
"aeropostal is a great store great deal i love them for it but employees have bad customer service they don’t exchange or let you return unless the tags are on the pants manager did a horrible job she said she would be back but never came back to help me with the situation never got a refund and refund policy doesn’t mention tags have to be on. very horrible employees most of them don’t know what they doing, hire new cashiers and managers please"
