"The check out line wrapped around the floor. I interacted with 2 staff members one was flat out rude the other passive but fine. The store was completely disorganized. Particularly the shoes which has absolutely no order, not by size, color, or type. And the clothes were also disorganized, had narrow aisles you could not pass anyone, and no ordination what so ever. Then, after you pick stuff out there is no dressing room! Even though there is a huge fitting room sign. I was told I could buy all my items and had 30 days to try them on and come back. I am sure that didn't apply to the sales items, I bet those are final. I was so irritated that I couldn't try anything on, I left."

"Around 100 people in the waiting line but only 2 cashiers on weekends. Some products in the waiting line are destroyed. That make sense because people have been lost their patience when wait more than 1 hours while carry so much items even with so much kids. What’s more, many people just left the queue with disappointed faces. I can see there reported some bad reviews about the issue of few cashiers in the past 3 months. I can not believe that in the past 3 months, such a famous company does not have enough ability for hiring and training new employees in this area of dense population. How do they get revenue with the slow speed check out with high store rent? How do they lower their depreciation to reduce the maintenance? How do their top level leaders design their business strategy? They may just simply think Long Line equals Attraction? Poor 2 cashiers. Hope they have time to use restroom and drink some water. No recommendations this store and won’t be back."
