"I really like Gong Cha’s seasonal drinks! But at this location, the product really depends on the worker. Some workers are experts while others are amateurs or don’t really care. So you may notice a discrepancy when ordering the same drink but prepared by different people. However, it is easy to get a refund."

"ordered the brown sugar milk tea (reg sugar) and it was very diluted with no taste of brown sugar whatsoever. we also got the season peach milk tea with coconut jelly (less have) and it tasted like water. we waited nearly 10 minutes to even order (only 2 employees working at a leisurely pace). the plainview gong cha location makes much better drinks (we’ve ordered the same drinks from that location before)"

"There are so many negative reviews for this Gong Cha. I have had nothing but good experiences. My boyfriend and I have gone a couple times now and love it. They also have a rewards program that we are starting to use and it is so easy. We both get brown sugar milk teas and they’re even better than other Gong Cha locations we’ve been to."
