Starbucks

"It's been great but recently my drinks have been 90% foam and was told "that's how it is" when it's never been like that. Just to be clear its the Starbucks located at 475 N Broadway, Jericho, NY 11753 I ALSO had to wait nearly half an hour for my coffee that I ordered ahead of time"

"Friendly staff, fast to take food but my only problem is the portion size for their breakfast sandwiches. I find them very small and disappointing. The bacon egg and gorda is very small and the cost is around 6 dollars and it’s just one , which I personally find ridiculous but the flavors are good and the food wasn’t cold. I would give 5 stars if the portion sizes were much bigger."

"During morning rush, order 30min ahead. That’s how long it took for a regular coffee all 3 times. Customers that paid on the register got their orders much quicker. Coffee always tastes great so I only come here during off peak hours or if not in a rush."

"30 minutes to wait for a mobile order to be processed. Guys behind the counter seem to be in no hurry at all and the store is filthy with trash all over the floor. One of my drink orders was a strawberry crème frappe. They made it and just left it in the blender container without pouring it into a cup until I asked about it. It was not as icy by then and I normally would have asked to make a new one except I’d always been here for 30 minutes and didn’t want to be here another. Overall just terrible staff and time management. My first and last time at this location."

"Drink is good, but the waiters seem like indifferent to serve me. I called many times on the reception before someone who looked like a Mexican came to the front desk slowly. Seems like impatiently. I don’t know if I’m being paranoid or because they’re being lazy. But the last time I came to the store to order, the waiters were very enthusiastic and at least showed some basic respect for the customers. I think this store has been changed a group of waiters. I think Starbucks company should fire the current workers or give them warn. I don’t want to see any waiters put their emotions into their work anymore. I need to see the results, otherwise I can only make a complaint phone call."
