"Just came here to order 2 coffees for my guest who just arrived to NY. While I took sometime to call my guest and ask her order, there was this older southasian man who was taking my order, he was so rude to me, he kept saying “make up your mind, pay first and we will give you exactly what you asked for!” He was extremely rude even though there were barely just 1 customer before me."
"I ordered a caramel oat milk latte and got a regular Carmel latte. I am severely lactose an tolerant. My stomach is in a lot of pain my chest and face is breaking out. This very careless."
"My favorite place for coffee.My son loves their donuts.The staff are friendly and really cheerful They always treat customers with a smile and are professionals.Not very crowded most of the times.You can easily order your favorite coffee and sit down to enjoy it at a peaceful corner around.Premised are clean and neat.Service is fast and always correct.I love their Caramel craze latte.Nothing taste better than that,not even Starbucks!"
