"Can’t say I’m a big fan of this particular location. It’s always dirty, and the children who work there are usually more interested in flirting with each other or talking to their friends than they are with helping you. Today, there were two people working and one other person in there and it took 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee, which was cold, the wrong size, and not made how I like it! I was so disgusted, I just took it and walked out. Honestly how can you run a business with only two teenagers working and no adult supervision; ridiculous!"
"They are supposed to be open at 5:30am.. irs what their app says, ads say and website. The owner is this nasty piece of garbage who apparently decides what the hours will be at random! He walks to the register, I’m outside and it’s raining and he holds up one hands showing 5 fingers and his other showing 3 fingers…. 8am. I believe in karma!!"
"I am a resident of the area but have not been to this location in a bit and honestly won’t go back if those two employees are there. I asked if one type of drink could be made decaf and was answered so rude. They made both of the drinks incorrectly and gave attitude when I asked for whipped cream on the drink. They over heard my mom and I speaking about something else with my son and one of the employees proceeded to curse at my mother and told her not to bother asking for a manager because she had one more week employed there. I don’t get upset about much but to curse at and in front of customers and a toddler is disgusting."
"I frequent this DD as it’s nearby to my home and usually it’s a good experience. I recently placed a mobile order and while picking it up I decided to ask for ketchup. The young server gave me such a sarcastic rude remark. All I asked for was ketchup! Perhaps this isn’t the greatest place if you are a POC. Or perhaps management should place condiments for consumers to take on their own so as not bother workers. Whatever the reason it was off putting."
