Osaka sushi

"It’s very, very rare I have an experience that’s bad enough to write a negative review. This may be the first time. My sister, her boyfriend and I went to Osaka around 5pm. They seated us quick and it was a fairly slow night. When the server took our initial food and drink orders fairly quickly. I’m it seemed like she may have been having a hard time understanding us, which is understandable. Someone brought [most] of my sister and her boyfriend’s food, and none of mine. Again, fine. It’s all you can eat so I shared some of theirs. It took the server about 30 minutes to come back to take our orders again. I told her I never received anything I ordered, and before we could place our new order, she ran off to I assume fix the mistake. They brought 1 of the 3 items I had ordered, a salad. No sushi, no teriyaki. It was literally 45 minutes before she came to take our order for the second time. We placed them. She brings out half of our order again, with a few incorrect items splashed in. We had our third order ready to be placed, since she didn’t check on us, clear our plates, or stop by often. She sets the food down and immediately takes off. I’m literally shouting “ma’am, ma’am, excuse me ma’am,” she literally power walks, full speed into the kitchen. The final time she comes, 20 minutes after that, she asks if we’re ready for our check. I spent $35 for a salad, 4 chicken wings and a single piece of sushi. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant."

"One of my favorite all you can eat sushi places. The food is absolutely incredible. The service is pretty good although sometimes you have to get somebody to come over and talk to you. The atmosphere is very simple and playing. Not much to it. Just a nice place to have good sushi."

"Super slow service. Bussers are throwing dishes very loud. Scannable menu, yet they give you a piece of paper with roll explanations. Makes no sense. Food is not good. We got this feeling like a bunch of teenagers got together and opened a restaurant just for fun. Food takes forever to be made and delivered. Will NOT be back. Highly recommend NOT to go here ...."

"The service is excellent, they really take care of you! There are better sushi around but I've not had a bad thing here. Where else can you try anything on the menu to your heart's content for $33? It's a great deal for anyone!"

"Osaka is a great spot for sushi. A lot of other authentic Asian dishes to go along with it. A couple items you won’t normally find in the Buffalo area. Service was great and you really get a good deal for the AYCE. Really enjoyed the teriyaki salmon belly and neck."
