"Very little meat, a small scoop of Guac and over $16!! So very weak and disappointing, not sure why they get the business they do."
"When I enter a restaurant, the 1st thing I check is floor & hospitality. Floor -ok. Service-paced ok. The 2nd thing I check is the bathroom facility. Bathroom didn’t have toilet paper and it was rather messy. When I notified the staff, she just said ok. I waited a few minutes to see if she alerted whoever handles custodial. She continued whatever she was doing. At that point I lost my appetite for Chipotle."
"I recently had an experience at Chipotle where a staff member made a comment that I found to be unprofessional. While ordering, I requested a single handle bag, and the employee who checked me out responded by saying, 'I don't want to waste my bag on your one bowl.' I believe that customer service should be respectful and courteous, regardless of the size of the order. It would be beneficial for Chipotle to remind their staff about the importance of maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards all customers."
"Overcharged and undeserved. They can't handle the amount of traffic coming in. I would go back and argue about the 1.75 charge for item I didn't order. But my best solution is to not do business with the fast food giant. Thanks for your best job, just fell below our expectations"
"Doing this out of love. I’ve been going here for years. The staff has become progressively lazier, the management seems unorganized, and I almost chipped a tooth on a bone. I really wish they would pull it together. It is also slow to get your food due to the lack of supplies and overall lazy staff, and disorganization in general. Please hire people who care. Thank you."
