"Ordered a gluten free pizza and when I got home it was a regular pizza. I'm 25 minutes away so I called them they said they would refund me. Never got a refund contacted the support team and they never responded, 3 messages later still no response. I paid $20 to get horrible service by this store and by the entire company. When I walk in the store I don't expect you to finish your text message before speaking to me and the girls in the back gossiping over videos on your phone while throwing pizzas around not giving a care in the world. Horrible customer service."
"Hit or miss at this location. Employees are wasting time instead of taking customer orders and service seriously. I received a confirmation email at 4:34 with an estimated time between 19-29 minutes. I wasn't ready until 5:17. When you call to make a complaint, you get silence on the other end as if they don't know how to respond. Pizza is sometimes perfect and sometimes an epic fail. Nice and cheesy at times. Missing toppings sometimes. Dry sometimes. Not enough sauce on the wings sometimes. No consistency."
"I ordered a pizza at 12:15. The estimated delivery was 45-55 minutes. It's now 2:15 and still no pizza. Add onto that the frustrating online ordering process that would do things like tell me I entered my email address wrong even though it was correct, or tell me they don't deliver in my zip even though they do. That was half an hour. Ironically I was using coupon they gave me for the last pizza they delivered. The pizza arrived as I'm writing this, 2:20. Add on the half hour playing with delivery that 2:50 minutes, almost 3 hours for a pizza with a 3.8 rating. I won't be ordering again."

"There is always great pizza, chicken, sandwiches, and desserts here. I get it delivered overtime and my food is always on time and the customer service is great. I have never had any issues with this particular Domino's. I always get the choose any two or more deal when I order food from Domino's also. I have ordered salads before and it is not fresh. The salads are already prepared and you don't really get that much."
