"We found this place online while visiting the Chili area. The food was excellent & we wolfed it down rather quickly. The owner came out & asked us how our meal was. We both raved, best BBQ, which it was. Keith had the ribs & I had the chicken. As we cashed out the owner says I have something for you. He gave us a small bottle of his BBQ sauce & 2 caps with his Logo. A brite orange for my nephew to keep him safe while hunting & a pastel for me. Later while telling friends about this BBQ they ask the name. Jack'ss, oh yes that IS the best BBQ. Can't wait till our next road trip up that way to stop in again."
"I can't say about service and atmosphere, but the pizza we ordered was absolutely horrible ! I know it's late night delivery and all, but man show some pride in your work ! Pizza was all over the inside of the box , toppings half slid off , gooey soft dough seemed not done which is weird cause it's super thin crust , just overall bad bad bad!!"
"I ordered from here on slice app and added in the special instructions to make the 20 wings I ordered saucy they came dry to the touch and then when I chated with customer service they had the audacity to say they made them they way I ordered I will not not buy from here again end of story"
"I love Jack’ss, and always recommend them, however I ordered fried pickles on 9/30/22 and they came with almost no breading and were dry and inedible. Will definitely eat here again, just a bad experience."
