Our taproom, event space, and outdoor lawn games are designed to transport you to a peaceful oasis.
Our menu features expertly crafted dishes and traditional beers that are perfect for any occasion. Whether you're looking to relax after work or celebrate a special event, Wayland has something for everyone. Join us on Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 to 9:00 P.M., Friday from 11:30 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., Saturday from 11:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., and Sunday from 11:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

"Went for a Saturday Brunch and the food was fantastic! The food came out fast and service was great. Definitely will be a staple everytime I take a trip to Buffalo. Place seems like it would be awesome in the summer."
"Huge brewery with an impressive outdoor space. Fire pits, picnic tables, and a bocce ball court greet you before entering the brewery. Inside, the space is very modern with lots of seating and 2 separate bar areas. They have many different beer options and serve food. We liked Helm (a Dunkel) but didn't try any food."
"The service was very friendly! The hostess and our waiter made us feel comfortable and welcomed. It was my first time there and everyone was very willing to explain everything we needed to know! The place is beautiful and has a cozy feel. And the food was very good. The pretzels and cheese dip were super yummy and the peanut butter pretzel ice cream dessert was so good. I also got a mocktail talavera which was scrumptious and delightful. I do wish they had more vegetarian/vegan options. And It was a little loud in there (which is expected for a brewery) but i wouldnt suggest it as a first date place or smth lol. the parking was also kinda stressful bc its limited unless u park across the street. Other than that this place is top notch. Great service, appealing and clean atmosphere, and good food. i’ll definitely be back!"

"Super cool brewery in orchard park. The design is amazing! I loved the tiles in the bathroom and how bright the place was. Food was ok, I didn’t particularly love it. Portions are not that big and prices are on the higher end. My favorite dish was the torta, my least favorite dish was the ceviche because the pieces were huge and it needed more flavor. Beer & cocktails were delicious. I’ll definitely come back because the patio is amazing."
