Pie O Mine Greens

"Made the Margherita pizza with no basil and no balsamic drizzle. I clearly asked for both upon online order. I called upon getting it delivered and she said you did not state which type of glaze that you wanted and that we have several. I said ok, what about the basil?? Oh we have a new person and I will make sure that we make it correct next time. I said how about next time I’m in you just remake the pizza as ordered. She stated okay. I go in and order the Pizza the same way without extra explanation and it is made correctly and perfect. Then the girl that I spoke with proceeded to charge me again for their mistake by saying “I told you that we would remake it, but I never said that you would not pay for it.” My coworkers and myself probably spend about 500.00 per month at this business. It will not impact the business. The 2,700 employees that will know how shady this is certainly might sting a little bit. Horrible customer service with attitude over a 20.00 pizza just lost you a lot of business. Again, we loved your food. We were not happy with you being a smartazz for no reason."

"Ordered salad from there recently. Was not good and had gastric issues after. They also forgot to include a key component of the salad. Called and spoke with manager and received apologies and two coupons for two small pizzas. Tried to call them today, Saturday 10/1 to give another try. Called 4 times. No one answers and they supposedly open at 11 and I called at 11:20. Very concerning!!"

"Called ahead they told me that the pizzas were going to take 20 minutes. I walked in exactly 20 minutes later and realize that they just started my pizzas I asked the cashier and she told me that they just started them but once they were in the oven it would take 5 minutes to be ready, So I headed back to my vehicle waited about 10 minutes then proceeded to go inside the pizzeria again and my pizza were on the counter. The Margherita Pizza was a little blend no taste to the sauce so I scored it 5.5 out of 10 Luna's. The cheese pizza had a little more taste to it good sauce lots of cheese just wish that it wasn't cold so I give it a score of 6.3 out of 10 Luna's. The cheese and pepperoni pizza had a different taste to the sauce a little sweeter taste and again it was cold so I gave it 6.2 out of 10 Luna's, do not know if they use different sauces for each pizza or they didn't mix the sauce well."

"This is the second time my wife and I have gone there. First time was a little overwhelming. This time we got it down packed. I did the classic pizza and made a oil based chicken bacon with mozzarella and feta. They cooked it then drizzled ranch after it came out, Yummy. I had ordered it as a create your own, but they said it was a classic and it saved me money. Place was very nice inside. The crew was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back next time we are near."
