"I asked for a coffee with seven Splenda’s. As I watched her make the coffee, I realized she was using green packets and not yellow Splenda packets. I asked if she put Splenda in there and she said yes. I asked her for a packet and it was Stevia. She said “it’s the same stuff.” I said ‘no, it’s completely different and if you don’t know the difference between Stevia and Splenda you really shouldn’t be working here.” She repeated that they are mostly the same stuff. And I repeated that they are exactly not the same stuff. This employee is totally incompetent. She was having a personal conversation with some other customer while she was attempting to make my coffee the right way. She really doesn’t belong in the store."

"It's sad to say that every single time I go thru your drive-thru, I have to repeat myself, & they still can't get the order right. When I call them out on it, to make the correction, I get terrible attitude. I've called corporate in the past about this location & I've seen they've done nothing because the same screw-ups are still taking orders that are wrong."
"Should hire people that want to work. When an employee ask the customer how to make a sandwich it's pretty bad. Then to have an attitude with a customer - enough to have that customer leave without an order. SHAME ON YOU! This explains what is wrong today lazy, disrespectful kids. Can't even take an order in a fast food restaurant. I will miss the ham, egg and cheese croissants. But you know what BURGER KING has the same awesome sandwich which I will enjoy from this day forward. Friend was right - the place is a joke!! This from someone who worked there for numerous years and left due to disrespect from management. Guess it's TRUE starts at the top."
