"Bought golf cart batteries there 5/20/22 that had a year warranty. Pulled them out this spring and they were junk after sitting in our heated basement all winter. Called the manager on 4/13/23 and explained the situation. He said that because I didn’t have my receipt that they probably wouldn’t be covered. That’s fine. My fault but he was gonna ask his boss. Hadnt heard from him so I called back on the following Monday. 4/16/23 and he said he would cover them and to bring them in. So Friday 4/20/23 I bring them in. Mike the manager tells me he can’t cover them. I said “but Monday you said you were going to so I took them out and brought them here like you said” Mike proceeded to throw things including a pen holder (which I was struck by a pen) and began to belittle me and curse at me in front of other customers and employees. I called his supervisor to explain our situation and he basically called me a liar because “Mike” had never acted that way before. I will not be going back there and I will not be recommending them to anyone for their own safety. The most unprofessional and disrespectful I’ve ever seen a business be operated. I was mind blown at the treatment I received after being told to bring the product back."
