"I placed an online order for pick up. I ordered a combo that included 10 wings, and I ordered an additional 10 wings. Each of the 10 wings were ordered with different sauces, and I ordered celery with one of them. When I picked it up I thought it was odd that I was given one container of wings even though I ordered 2 different sauces. I asked the girl, and she said it was correct. Another kid also said it was correct. Ok, fine… I assume it’s correct and I leave. I get home and just as I suspected they mixed the 2 different types of wings. Like - they literally mixed them up in the container. Not only that my celery was missing, and I only had 15 wings - not the 20 I ordered and paid for. The pizza and wings this time were sub par. Mediocre at best. The pizza was not hot. I assume it had been sitting even though I picked it up at the designated time. I will be ordering elsewhere next time."

"Hands down BEST pizza in Greece, NY and quite possibly even Rochester. Simple but delicious pizza and you can’t beat their coupon deals. Russo’s is always my go-to and will continue to be for a longgggg time"

"So my fiancé and I ended up eating here because we got some awesome coupons in the paper. It was like a large pizza and 12 mozz sticks for $22. So I’m thinking, these mozz sticks HAVE to be horrible for this cheap, but when I got the food I was very pleasantly surprised. The pizza was good the mozz sticks were QUALITY. Now here’s where Russos loses some points for me: Whoever was working the counter that night seemed to be really struggling. When we places our order over the phone he was SO confused. He asked us the same questions over and over, and then when we got there to pick up the food, he gave us someone else’s order by mistake. Who had the same name as my fiancé. Not a great time to be guessing when you know you have 2 customers with the same name you can’t just give it a whirl and hope you gave the right one their food. Good thing my fiancé was thinking because we would have had other Nik’s dinner. This place also lost some atmosphere points for me, as there are MULTIPLE signs that guns are allowed. It’s a tiny pizza shop, not a shooting range and I don’t wanna have to worry about some psycho coming in blastin while I’m eating my pizza dinner. It’s a pizza place, not a dispensary or a pharmacy or even a GAS station. They sell pizza, wings and mozz sticks. No need to push the second amendment on us when we’re just trying to get some chow. So, the food is good. The staff is kinda lacking, and the atmosphere is a little too yee-haw for a sit down dinner. Also, the location isn’t even in the city. It’s in like Greece/Hilton. So really there’s no need for every customer to be totin their pistol to pizza but who knows. If you wanna eat a slice with a weapon on ur hip I guess this is the place for you."

"Good stuff! Of course, it can be difficult to screw up a pizza, but theirs was definitely exceptionally good. Quite a unique, although nice flavor on the sauce that they use. The wings were cooked just right, and the sauce was a nice thicker/buttery style of buffalo sauce. Wish they had buffalo HOT, but buffalo mild is fine. Best of all, it's the best price I've had so far on an XL pizza with wings (20), which cost less than $30 with a coupon (most places will easily run WELL ABOVE $30 for that, even with a coupon) Can't find much to criticize, well done! 5/5"
