"It's probably one of the worst pizzas I have had since living in WNY. The dough is undercooked, the toppings were put on the wrong sides, and there is sooooo much sauce (causing the ratio of ingredients to feel very off). I ordered sweet peppers on one side, and they were completely mush and slimy. The pepperoni on the other side was literally thrown into one spot. I will definitely NOT order from them again."

"Really disappointed to walk 15 minutes through the snow from my hotel to get this, not seen in the picture is a hole in the box from the stupid white triangle. Edit: unsurprisingly it got worse when I tried to eat my uncut soggy pizza"

"Just had pizza and wings from here tonight and probably the worst food I've ever had. The guy in the kitchen was super nice when I picked up and gave me extra wings, so nice! After that being said the wings were average and the pizza was terrible. Under cooked and tasteless. It's hard to find good pizza in the Lockport area. So disappointing!!!"

"Updated: 6-6-23 Ordered pizza, wings, and chicken fingers for a birthday/anniversary dinner. Never disappointing. Asked for extra saucy...omg..so good. The pizza and wings are so good. Haven't had a bad experience..with the food and employees..always friendly"

"On 6-5-23, we ordered a white pizza, a cheese pizza, a Julian salad, onion rings ( extra crispy ) and fried mushrooms ( extra crispy ) for a total of $72.20. The order was placed at 415p.m, and they said it would be a hour and fifteen minutes. At 540pm the order arrived, gave the driver $80 and said keep the change. The salad was awesome, the cheese pizza was OK, the white pizza had all the onions in the middle, hardly any favor. The extra crispy mushrooms and onion rings, were soggy and mushy. When I called to let them know, just on the onion rings and mushrooms, they said they would send another out in a hour. I said we were eating dinner now, and I said I can bring them back after we were done eating. After talking to 2 different ladies, and a guy yelling in the background about the order, they said they can write my name in a book to order the same 2 items on my next order instead of a refund. I wish I could take a picture to show what they look like. What ever happened to customer service? To expensive to not enjoy the food or how you ordered it."
