"I called very last minute to get my bridesmaid dress altered and she had me come in that same day to drop my dress off and it was ready in a week. The dress is perfect and they were very efficient on helping me get it done in time for the wedding. I highly recommend this place! Just don’t be a last minute person like me!"

"I didn’t even get past a consultation with this location. I contacted this location about alterations to my dress. I only needed the top of my dress taken in slightly and then I wanted the cap sleeves that were buttoned into my dress sewn in. I sent pictures and explained what I was looking for. I did mention I was not happy with my stomach area- but I was going to lose some weight to feel more comfortable. I was absolutely disgusted and sad by the message I received back about the suggestions-“ I looked at the pics there is not much we could do with the sleeves, they sit low and would have to be the width they are. The top can be taken in. As far as the stomach area it looks a little bit tight, there is not enough seam allowance to let it out. Not sure if the anticipated additional weight loss would be enough. Not sure if you already committed or bought the gown, if not maybe consider another gown.” Disappointed that another female would say this to a bride. I didn’t respond to this. We should be lifting each other up. I was not looking to get the stomach area of my dress even altered. Just stating at that time I wasn’t happy with that area only. But I wasn’t worried about it. I contacted another independent alterations specialist prior to this place- who stated they would have been able to take in the top where it was too big and see in the straps, however, they were booked and wouldn’t be able to get my dress in time. This other person did not tell me to go return my dress because of my curves. Definitely will not go to this place for any future alterations."

"Don’t go anywhere else for wedding dress alterations! I made the mistake of going somewhere else nearby on seneca st and they botched my dress. Ilana was able to redo things on my dress in less than two weeks before my wedding, and at a fraction of what we paid to have the original botched alterations done. My dress turned out beautifully and I loved wearing it on my wedding day!"
